Great location near the historic center, surrounded by bars and restaurants, with stunning views and attractions nearby. 🏛️ Close to an art museum and just 300 meters away from Plaza de la Constitucion.

Beautiful decorated room with a view. Very individual unlike most conventional hotels. Lovely.

Limited water on teh 1st night and generator/pump on roof was annoying, kept us awake.

It had a very authentic Spanish feel to it and was located close to the centre of Mijas and yet was very quiet.

There was no food available but this wasn't really a problem as it was located very close to lots of restaurants & cafes.

Had an awesome time during the New Year holidays! the bar here is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. the pizza spot is top-notch, they serve up some special dishes that are delicious 😊.

Hostal was pretty,comfortable and very clean. The price we paid for our 2 nights we thought was excellent and was very good value for money. The balcony was a nice touch and the views were lovely. Coffee machine in the foyer was a good idea.

No Parking. Air Con did not work on the 1st night, but they repaired it for the 2nd night. The intercom is a bit daunting!!

I found Hostal El Escudo De Mijas to be a charming and quaint place to stay. Everything was excellent, and the staff were helpful and attentive. The daily service was welcoming, and the location was magnificent, really close to Plaza de la Constitucion.

we loved the Hotel the minute we walked in.the location is perfect, to be so close to the town centre in such a peaceful area.the room was clean and comfortable.the staff friendly and helpful.we will definately return.

Breakfast with very affordable prices. Tapas bar, perfectly clean room with large outside balcony, air con and fabulous views. Great and fantastic location, 10 minutes' walk to Museo Historico-Etnologico. A such great stay in New Year holidays.
